For Robyn & Jordan on Their Move to Boston

So it's goodbye to Robyn and Jordan
They're off to a new life of boredom
Now they're going to Mass.
We all say "alas"
It's one up for medical serfdom

Well the Jews are leaving the city
And for Boston, more's the pity
Leaving baseball's best
For a team that's a jest
And so we're sending you off with this ditty

But although this move seems bizarre
It's a boon for the Boston E.R.
And the department of peeds
Is sure to succeed
Now that Robyn will be its new star

That they're buying their very first home
Must of course be a part of this poem
Let's hope Boston's worthwhile
But don't think we're hostile
It's just we don't want you to roam

So we'll try not to be too depressed
We'll see you at rocktoberfest
And for a weekend away
There are places to stay
For you'll always be welcome houseguests
